Bring On 2011! \\// Old Classic Country!

Hello everybody. Hope you all had a wonderful Holiday and a happy new year! Goodbye 2010, hello 2011!!!! Personally, i liked 2010, ALOT. And surely i will miss that year.

Okay, anyways, it's time to post a little bit of classic country music. My Grandfather loves old classic country so, this goes out to him! :)

If you'd like, look up a song called Wildwood Flower. It's a great instrumental on guitar. It's like, 2, maybe 2 1/2 minutes long i think. The version i'm talkin' about is by Chet Atkins. It was originally by the Carter Family. Old classic country songs like this one are actually very difficult to play on guitar. They're not that popular, but old country-styled guitars were actually much more talented, and better players than todays popular guitarists. Even those world famous rockstars; Jimi Hendricks, Joe Santriani, Eddie Van Halen, Slash, Carlos Santana, Ozzy Osborne, etc... honestly, [and its been proved] those oldies playin classic country have the real talent.

So, if u wanna expand your genre preference, give the song a listen!

Country Fans Rejoyce!!! \\// Upcoming Plans For Thanksgiving?

Well, Good 'Ol Carrie Underwood's new album came out the 3rd. it's really good, and Country fans will love it. "Cowboy Casanova" is now her top song and is a great song on her new album called "Play On." it's available on itunes, as well as your local supplies stores like Best Buy, Walmart, Target, etc... ;)
Overall, i'd give the album a 9/10. Best album yet. The fans think so, I think so, and SHE even thinks so. ;) Nice Work Miss Underwood!! <3

Also, any big plans you guys are doing for Thanksgiving? Getting ready for the Holidays? I'm going over my Uncles sweeeeet bachelor pad for Thanksgiving to partaaay with the fam. And for Christmas we're probably gonna have the family party at my house. I'm gonna play my Family Force 5 CD in the background throughout the house. It'll be the most appropriate time to play it. (The FF5 Christmas Pageant)
