Just Checkin' Up On The Fam'

Family Force 5 is one of my favorite bands. I'm a little sad though about their latest release; "The Family Force 5 Christmas Pageant Album." I like it, it's not a really bad CD, but I feel they are really 'Lowering Their Music Bar' if you know what I mean. The CD, a good half of the songs are like, crunk/rap driven songs. With Hiphop. Some of the songs are popish, and there is even a rockish song or two. My Favorite Things is my favorite song of the album mainly because it's the most rock-driven. But, I feel like a great portion of the album is rap/hiphop/crunk. And I really don't like FF5 going rap. I mean, there are a few exceptions, like, "Whatcha Gonna Do With It" & "Ghost Ride The Whip" -- I like those songs, but, seriously, c'mon Family Force 5! I like Buisness Up Front Party In The Back; and dance or die!;, but The Christmas Album isn't as good. Don't get me wrong, i still like it, but...you know...yeah...
I love it when they're crunk rock/pop/altenative/electronica, but not when they are going rap. Anyways, that was my rant for them...tell me what you guys think. :)

Time To "Pop" Things Up A Bit...

Okay, time to review a Pop artist...Katy Perry.

She is known for her popular songs; "I Kissed A Girl" "Hot N Cold" "Thinking Of You" and "Waking Up In Vegas." My favorite of the 4, being Waking Up In Vegas. Anyways...her genre is Pop with some Dance/Electronica in it... and a couple songs even have a Rock-like attitude. She enjoys listening to 3OH!3, and Adam Lambert. [Guy from American Idol, Season 8. Runner-up.]

It all started a couple years ago...that's when Katy Perry started to get noticed. She is still making music and will never stop. (Well, that's what she says...if she has an emotional breakdown or goes emo, or gets killed, or anything else, then she probably will stop...)

Okay, anyways...moving on...

Fans, and for those of you that don't know, she remixed 3OH!3's "Starstrukk" and is featured in it! Also, there has been rumors that she is making a song with...guess who? Any guesses? Who do you think? Anyone? Huh? Well...it's...the one and only...Little Miss Disco Stick! Lady GaGa!

Wow...i'm not really a fan of her, and it's just a rumor, so...if you guys are fans of them, be happy! You never know what could happen! ;)

P.S. -- I forgot to mention earlier, Family Force 5's new EP, "Keep The Party Alive," Is available at Target. It includes 6 songs, Their new one, along with Ghost Ride The Whip, Fever, Get Your Back Of The Wall 3OH!3 REMIX, Love Addict maybe? Or, a couple others...I forget. Oh well.

Family Force 5 -- New Single! \\// It's Allready X-Mas To Them!

Well, On 9/22/09, FF5's new single was up on iTunes. It's called "Keep The Party Alive."
It's AMAZING. their genre is changing a bit. Back in 2006-2007 they were hard rock/alternative with some crunk. In 2008 they became more alternative/punkcrunk, now in 2009 they are more electronica/alternative...even a couple songs have some rap similarities! Anyways, check out the song! It's great!
FF5 also recently dropped a holiday-related album on itunes. It's christmas based songs, but the fam' of 5 makes it so they just seem like their usual songs! Well, that's all for now! Bye!

-A: It actually has been around for awhile. We heard it was from a biker gang. one of our friends told us about it and it just catched on! The fans love it too!

-A: We actually all love cheese! That's our big thing. Anything with cheese we love! Yum! ;)

-A: Holy crap, dude, Funny Man definitely has the worst smelling mask! It's a mixture of like, B.O., and Beer. Disgusting man...

-A: I put a stink bomb in someones bed at night! All I can say is Hu-Lar-I-Us! He was SOOO mad when it happened. Oh well.

-A: I really can't those werewolf horror movies. I'm SO glad they aren't real. (Or are they?) If they were then I'd poop myself! Haha...
